Less than a year ago it got apartments which belonged earlier to the American writer Truman Capote ("Cool murder", "A breakfast at Tiffany", etc.), for 12,5 million dollars. However, the apartment something wasn't pleasant to Dan Hauzer, and he offered it at once for sale for 12,25 million dollars. Since then buyers on a penthouse weren't though it was reported that actor Deniyel Craig looked narrowly at it. As a result, the offer price should be lowered to 10 million dollars. As notes the British Daily Mail edition, Hauzer's condition is estimated at 80 million dollars. Hauzer's three-storyed penthouse (see a photo below) is located in the pre-war house near Soho (Manhattan). Apartments total five sleeping rooms and a big terrace of 650 sq.m. On the first floor of the apartment where once the Cowl wrote well-known "A breakfast at Tiffany", the drawing room with a fireplace, the room for guests from a bathroom and an office is located. The master's bedroom is on the second floor, in the same place, where also a huge bathroom. On a terrace there is a small garden with benches and sofas. Let's remind, the first game of the Grand Theft Auto series left in 1997. In the games GTA the hero has to feel as the criminal, carrying out such tasks and missions, as custom-made murders, a robbery of bank and others. Games offer the player a role of the criminal (usually having the "six" status) in the big city, a plot moving ahead with development on a career ladder of organized crime.
