Main sights: Excellent, though not possessing the developed infrastructure of rest, national parks Imebok, Chobe, Ntskay-Ban, diamond development and the unique live world, do Botswana by rather attractive place for ecological tourism. Gaborone is not that place where there is a wish to be late long - distances in the capital bikes, the architecture isn't anything valuable and is uninteresting, traffic heavy and rather disorder, no foot paths exist, and the city represents a disorder of suburbs and high-rise buildings. Among sights it is possible to note the National Museum (it and an exhibition sale of works of art), offering usual meeting for the African countries of historical hand-made articles and effigies of animals, the Ethnographic Museum and small National Gallery of arts.

 The main natural sight of the country - Okavango ("the river which never finds the seas") which disappears in sand, forming 15 thousand sq.km of a continuous labyrinth from lagoons, channels and islands in northwest Botswana. It is the biggest internal delta in the world, abounding with wildlife and literally teeming with living beings. Are most obvious from them - birds whom here is thousands types, but there are also elephants, zebras, wild buffalo s, giraffes, hippopotamuses and куду, in river waters there is a lot of fish. The best way to see the delta - travel on "мокоро" (dolbleny canoes from an integral tree trunk which are in general the only vehicle in these parts) on delta waterways with skilled guides or to join a safari (by the way, in Swahili means "safari" "we go" and actually - the best safari in this country - on foot or on the powerful jeep, all other types because of specific local conditions aren't palatable). In the delta and around Maun there is a set of camps and the lodges specially intended for service of tourists and offering rather quite good conditions for accommodation. Serov, located in east Botswana, is the biggest village of the country.

 In due time it was the capital of tribes "нгвато" and Kingdoms Boors. 

The Memorial museum Boors of III shows all history of family Boors, the leader and the head нгвато. The governor to Lepitstva Hama offered for the museum room the patrimonial house - the so-called Red House. Exposition include personal belongings of the King Boors of III and his descendants, numerous hand-made articles, the weapon, utensils, figurines and other exhibits illustrating history Serov and tribes occupying this area. 

There is also growing collection of subjects of natural sciences, including quite nonconventional meetings for Africa - big meeting of the African insects and the snakes of the region serving for formation of local population. A large number of tourists visit also Hamabill - the Royal Cemetery on the hill directly in the village center. Except a grave Boors of III and its families, here it is possible to see ruins of the village of the XI-th century.
